Comeback Kid, one of the most influential bands of the hardcore punk rock scene, is celebrating two major milestones in 2025: the 20th anniversary celebration of their groundbreaking album, Wake The Dead and a remarkable 25 years together as a band.
In honour of these achievements, Comeback Kid is excited to share a 20 year anniversary re-recorded version of classic title track ‘Wake The Dead’. Alongside the single they’ve unveiled an unreleased 2005 b-side, both of which are available to stream now.
The career-defining record Wake The Dead which features tracks like the ‘blistering thunderous’ beloved title cut, “Wake The Dead”, the high energy “False Idols Fall” and straight-up, high-octane banger “Talk is Cheap”, is has gotten a special vinyl reissue. The re-issue will include a deluxe edition version on a rainbow foil jacket with die-cut o-card, a special edition with die-cut o-card and a standard version.
